Introducing the Ripple Effect Sales Training programme
Ripple Effect Sales Training (REST) is a self-paced programme to support anyone responsible for sales. The full programme was launched in Spring 2010. Our speakers, including Peter Thomson, Dr. Joanna Martin and Leigh Ashton, were booked during 2010 and made regular contributions during that year.
Typically subscribers improved their sales skills and techniques in small bite sized chunks (just an hour or two weekly), on an as needed basis. Each week, an expert delivered a tutorial on a topic designed to introduce, stimulate and refine sales skills and know-how. Additional resources including archived recordings, training manuals, summarised presentations and animations, video interviews, discussion forums were all available.
The Ripple Effect Sales Method
A highlight of our programme is the Ripple Effect Sales manual and training. This sales method has been used across many industries and countless sales teams and businesses. One of the key reasons it is so widely adopted is because it's so easy to apply.

Tracking your training
Membership of the Ripple Effect Sales Training programme is designed to get you thinking about your outcome and goals right now. In our experience, people who set aside time for goal setting and scheduling their own development always get the best results. Even now, you can start this process. Use the time before the first sales expert tele-seminar to familiarise yourself with some goals and outcomes you hope to achieve over the next few months.
Weekly sales topics
Seminars normally last about an hour, and are planned for a mid-week evening. Each module is also recorded and archived for future reference. Each module has an associated exclusive video interview, supporting documentation, as well as animated summaries. A discussion forum allows you to interact with each speaker and pose questions and pass comment.
Each trainer will run their own programme of sales modules for around five consecutive months. Think about it... that's one hell of a lot of valuable lessons over the coming months that you'll be able to master and practice.
The multimedia tools allow you to learn at your own pace in your own time and go to a level of detail that suits you.
